WHO WE ARE
Socks for the Sole 501(c)(3) is a student-led nonprofit organization empowering those experiencing homelessness through the distribution of socks, undergarments, hygiene products, food, and more!
WHAT WE DO
1) Fundraise essential items like socks, hygiene products, and other under-donated necessities specifically requested by people experiencing homelessness and partner organizations.
2) Donate and distribute these critical items directly to Austin’s unhoused population and to organizations dedicated to serving those experiencing homelessness.
3) Raise awareness through volunteerism and outreach efforts, with a special focus on engaging UT Austin students and connecting them to the significant issue of homelessness within their community.
